1. Payment Terms:
Upon commencement of our service, the client agrees to make an advance payment equivalent to the first month's service fee. Subsequent monthly fees will be automatically deducted on a recurring basis, every month, from the date of the initial payment.

2. Refund Policy:
All payments made to Salop Digital LTD are non-refundable. The client acknowledges and agrees that they shall not seek or be entitled to refunds, credits, or rebates for any reason.

3. Service Modification:
Clients may choose to pause or terminate their service with Salop Digital LTD at any time. Should the client decide to pause or terminate, no refunds will be given for any unused portion of the paid service.

4. Service Fee Adjustments:
Salop Digital LTD reserves the right to modify its service fees. However, any such modifications will be communicated to clients with a minimum notice period of 30 days before the new fees come into effect.

5. No Guarantees:
Salop Digital LTD endeavors to provide the best service possible to its clients. However, we do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to increases in traffic, sales, or brand visibility. Our service should be used at the client's discretion and risk.

6. Third Party Fees:
While Salop Digital LTD manages the ad campaigns, clients are solely responsible for any third-party costs or fees, including but not limited to content creation, analytics tools, and the actual ad spend. Salop Digital LTD is not liable for these fees, and clients agree to handle them separately.

General Provisions:Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the UK. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.

‍Amendments: Salop Digital LTD reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify our clients of any significant changes, but it remains the client's responsibility to review these terms regularly.

‍Acceptance: By availing of the services of Salop Digital LTD, the client signifies their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
